At Securlink we are aware just how sensitive situations requiring our services are. Monitored alarm systems offer day and night protection 24 Hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Our central monitoring station responds to a variety of codes from the control panel. If you have mistakenly set off your alarm our central support staff will call the list of phone numbers provided when we 1st setup your security system and ask you if everything is alright, remember without the proper password our team is trained to escalate the call to the police or fire station.
